Yes, in-cases of emergency you are able to request our services 24/7 and we will respond ASAP.

No — we operate with complete transparency in all of our pricing. Labour for agreed services is charged at a pre-agreed fixed rate, and you will always be notified in advance of any additional labour outside the original scope before work is carried out.

Materials are charged separately, along with the applicable call-out fee in line with your selected level of care.

On a monthly basis, you pay our retainer fee for you specific level of cover.

In the event you have an emergency or require a repair, a call-out fee, labour and materials will be charged.
